The Upper Foyer of the Confederation Centre of the Arts is the replica of the historic Confederation Chamber that has been transformed over the period, and it holds the great significance of holding some famous historical events taking place in the center, where the Fathers of Confederation met during the Charlottetown Conference. Canada's National Memorial to the Fathers of Confederation

The center was founded in 1964, in memory of the father of the confederation who gathered a hundred years ago in the province house to discuss the creation or establishment of the country.
